As the spread of Covid-19 continues, we wanted to update you on our position at Vincent Shaw. We are following Government and Public Health advice to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and would like to reassure you that the wellbeing of our clients and employees will be our main and continued priority.
The situation in the United Kingdom is obviously moving fast, and at present our offices remain ‘open for business’ supported by our dedicated staff. We are however, adopting a ‘closed-office’ policy to minimise face to face contact but be reassured, we can still be reached daily by telephone and email. Face to face meetings can be scheduled by appointment only.
Our internal policies ensure that our staff have up-to-date information covering travel, hygiene, attending viewings and social interaction, to minimise risks to all.
We are reviewing our infrastructure alongside our IT partners to ensure we are able to work remotely if required, so as not to disrupt the level of service you would expect.
These are unprecedented times, and we are drawing comfort from the positive attitude shown by our work colleagues, and the resilience and support of our clients remains strong. The market conditions are changing on a daily basis, and we will be in regular contact with our vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants to offer up to date advice.
The year had started so well for the housing market in Cambridgeshire, and whilst this situation is presenting many challenges, we hope the disruption will be as short-lived as possible.
We wish you all the very best of health and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
